论冶金矿山企业设备的基础管理

摘要

设备是企业进行生产经营活动的物质技术基础,更是冶金矿山企业资产要素的重要组成部分.因此,企业应从设备基础管理着手,把设备管理工作抓实、抓细,夯基固本,并结合应用现代化的管理方法与手段,通过对设备实施系统有效的管理来支撑企业发展.讨论了冶金矿山企业应该具备的设备管理基本手段,结合现代管理模式,探讨设备管理的基本方法、对策及措施.%Equipmens are not only the material and technical basis for enterprises' production and business activities, but also the important parts in metallurgical and mining corporate assets. Therefore, companies should go with the basic equipment. To support business development,enterprises should implement systematic and effective equipment management by applying modern management both in methods and tools. This paper aims at the basic equipment management in tools of metallurgical and mining joint companies and further. It introduces the basic methods, strategies and measures of equipment management combined with modern management mode.
