碘量法测定硫酸锰溶液中S2-含量

         

摘要

硫酸锰溶液在除重金属杂质后还残留有硫离子,S2-的存在对电解金属锰产品有不利影响。采用碘量法测定锰电解液中S2-含量,结果表明碘量法测定的硫酸锰溶液中硫离子含量与国标中的分光光度法测定的结果相近。国标中所用的酸化吸收仪H2 S吸收时间较短,自制的吸收仪吸收时间长,使H2 S测定是值更接近碘量法测定值,而分光光度法所测值较低。%Manganese sulfate solution after heavy metals ions will still have sulfur impurities with residues,and S2-will have an adverse effect on manganese products. Iodometric determination of S2- content in manganese electrolyte has similar results in the in manganese sulfate solution and spectro-luminosity determination of national standard.And its acidification H2 S with absorption time is short,and it is long in self-made absorption time,and H2 S measurement is the nearest iodine determination in value point with the measurement of low light intensity.
