This article has full evaluation of infrared absorption method in determination of metal manganese in carbon and sulfur content of uncertainty of degrees.It established reasonable mathematics mode,measurement, standard material set value,including standard material calibration instrument of changes,uncertainly of degrees in evaluation method.It also infrared absorption method for the determination of carbon and sulfur in EMMcontent of measurement uncertainty evaluation,by giving an expanded uncertainty to obtain main factors that can influence measurement results.%对红外吸收法测定电解金属锰中碳、硫含量的不确定度进行了全面评价,建立了合理的数学模式,概述了重复性测量、标准物质定值、标准物质校准仪器的变动性等主要不确定度的评定方法,对红外吸收法测定电解金属锰中碳硫含量的测量不确定度进行了评定,给出了扩展不确定度,得出影响测量结果的主要因素。
