菱锰矿浸出液制备电池级硫酸锰的技术研究

     

摘要

Manganese sulfate solution with a small amount of heavy metals can be obtained by the improvement of rhodochrosite leaching process in electrolytic manganese preparation.The manganese sulfate solution was further transformed by ammonia bicarbonate into manganese carbonate.Battery grade manganese sulfate crystals can be obtained by processing the obtained manganese carbonate with sufficient water-scrubbing,dissolution with sulfuric acid,removal of impurities,concentration and drying.The as-prepared manganese sulfate crystals can be used for battery anode material.The content of the most impurity in the obtained manganese sulfate crystals,such as Ca2 +, Mg2 +and Fe2 +,are lower 30% than that of industry standard according to the detection results of testing institutions. The virtues of this method are high yield,stable quality parameters and suitable for industrialized production.%改善电解金属锰生产工艺中的菱锰矿浸出工艺,得到金属杂质离子含量较低的硫酸锰原液。用碳酸氢铵将硫酸锰转化为碳酸锰,所得碳酸锰经充分水洗后再经过硫酸溶解、除杂、浓缩、烘干,得到可用于制备锰系正极材料的电池级高纯度硫酸锰晶体。所得产品经过多方检测机构检测,Ca、Mg、Fe 等主要杂质含量均低于行业标准30%左右,且产率、质量参数稳定,适合规模化生产。
