坦克装甲钢板横向裂纹成因及冶金缺陷本质

摘要

High manganese steel is a kind of wear-resistant steel strong impact wear function,The mechanical properties in low production cost,simple process and excellent quality and performance of high manganese steel have been greatly improved. Therefore, it is widely used to manufacture the tank armor plate. But the characteristics of promotion of technology is still unable to completely overcome the crack of high manganese steel materials.This paper analyzes the causes of defects of high manganese steel casting transverse crack,and also the related technology is discussed.%高锰钢是一种具有强大抗冲击磨损功能的耐磨钢，由于其生产成本低廉，工艺简单，拥有优良的力学性能被广泛采用制作坦克装甲钢板。但是技术的提升依然无法完全克服高锰钢材料容易产生裂纹的特性。分析了高锰钢材料铸件横向裂纹缺陷产生的原因，并对相关工艺进行了阐述。
