光沉积法制备Cu0.91In0.09S修饰的TiO2纳米管阵列及其光电性能研究

     

摘要

TiO2 nanotube arrays sensitized with Cu0.91 In0.09S microspheres were successfully fabricated by a two-step process of anodization.They were followed by an in situ photo deposition method.The structural investigation by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy indicated that Cu0.91 In0.09S microspheres with average diameter of 600 nm were growing on the surface of TiO2 nanotubes.TiO2 NTs/CIS exhibited more excellent photo in electrochemical properties and more photo catalytic activities than those of TiO2 NTs under visible light irradiation.%采用阳极氧化法和原位光沉积法制备了Cu0.91In0.09S(CIS)微球修饰的TiO2纳米管阵列(TiO2 NTs/CIS).通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对TiO2 NTs/CIS的形貌进行了表征.同时测试了TiO2NTs/CIS的光电性能及其光催化降解甲基橙(MO)的性能.结果表明平均粒径为600 nm的Cu0.91In0.09S微球均匀分布在TiO2 NTs表面上.在可见光照射下,与未修饰的TiO2 NTs相比,TiO2 NTs/CIS具有更高的光电性能和光催化性能.
