构建完善的大学生就业社会保障体系的实现路径分析

摘要

近年来，由于毕业生的激增加上全球金融危机的影响，大学生“就业难”未得缓解。他们有年龄优势、学历优势、信息优势、能力优势，又为何难就业呢？事实上，大学生就业难的症结不在工作岗位，而在社会保障。从目前看，公共政策的制定与执行中的偏差影响着社会保障体系的全面构建，影响着大学生的就业选择面，最终造成了大学生就业难的现实状况。本文通过对大学生“就业难”原因的分析，提出构建完善的大学生就业社会保障体系的可行性措施，为缓解大学生“就业难”问题提供一定的理论与实践帮助。%In recent years,as a result of the surge of graduates and the impact of the global financial crisis,there is not remission about“difficult employment”. They have advantages of age,academic,information,ability, but why there have not an easy employment for them?In fact,the problem of“difficult employment”is not at work but the social security. The deviation which is in formulating and implementing the public policy is effecting the comprehensive building of the social security system and the choice scope of the employment of college students. Based on the above,the reality of the employment of college students is formed. Through analyzing the causes of“difficult employment”and putting forward the feasible measures to build a perfect social security system for College Students' employment,we hope to provide certain theoretical and practical help for alleviating the problem of“difficult employment”.
