中国农用土地分等定级理论与方法研究——兼论《农用地分等规程》总体思路及技术方案设计

研究目的：厘清中国农用土地分等定级的理论基础与技术方法。研究方法：归纳分析法、比较分析法、理论分析法和系统分析法。研究结果：综述了国内外农用土地分等定级的发展历史和研究进展，明确了农用土地分等定级的技术要求，明晰了农用土地分等定级的理论基础和总体思路，分析了农用土地分等定级的主要方法和处理技术。研究结论：中国农用土地分等定级理论与方法不仅体现了当代多学科特征和技术水平，而且促使农用土地分等定级具有经济可行性和实践操作性。%The purpose of the paper is to clarify the theoretical basis and technical method of China＇s agricultural land classification and gradation. Methods employed are induction analysis, comparison analysis, theoretical research and systematic analysis. The paper summarizes the development history and research progress of agricultural land classification and gradation, defines the technical requirements of agricultural land classification and gradation, clarifies the theoretical basis and general scheme, and analyzes the major methods and processing technics of agricultural land classification and gradation.
