膀胱移行细胞癌钙粘素及其胞内结合蛋白的表达及意义

摘要

目的:探讨钙粘素及其胞内结合蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其在膀胱癌浸润转移和预后中的价值.方法:免疫组化SP法.结果:膀胱癌组织中,ECD、α-、β-、γ-Catenin表达减弱,分别为58%(29/50)、56%(28/50)、68%(34/50)及52%(26/50),不同分级间有非常显著的差异;浸润性膀胱癌中每种分子的表达均显著低于浅表性膀胱癌;生存期高于5年者,ECD、α-、γ-Catenin表达显著高于生存期低于5年者.结论:膀胱癌中ECD、α-、β-、γ-Catenin表达的显著降低,其低表达与膀胱癌的高分级及浸润性有明显关系,检测这些分子对膀胱癌患者的预后判断有一定的价值.%Objective:To study the expression of E-cadherin and its cytoplasmic conjugated proteins in bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and its significance in bladder cancer infiltration, metastasis and prognosis.Methods:Used immunohistochemical S-P methods.Results:The expression of E-cadherin (ECD), α-、β-、γ-Catenins were significantly reduced in blader cancer, accounted for 58%(29/50), 56%(28/50), 68%(34/50) and 52%(26/50) respectively. There was significant difference among different grade of bladder cancer (P＜0.01). The expression of each molecular was markedly reduced in invasive bladder cancer than in superficial bladder cancer and the expression of ECD、α-、β-、γ-Catenins was significantly increased in the patients above five-year survival than in those patients below five-year survival.Conclusions:E-cadherin and its intracellular conjugated proteins might play an important role in the progression of bladder cancer. Detect of these molecules was of definite value in judgement of the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer.
