目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者的白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和脂联素（ADP）水平及其与相关指标的相关性。方法选择该院2013年1月-2014年1月诊治的40例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究组，选择同期行健康体检的40例健康妊娠产妇为对照组，对两组血清IL-6、TNF-α和ADP水平进行检测和比较，并研究上述指标与FBG（空腹血糖）、FINS（空腹胰岛素）、BMI（体重指数）、胰岛素抵抗（IR）等指标的相关性。结果两组产妇IL-6、TNF-α、ADP及IR水平比较差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。IL-6、TNF-α与FINS、BMI、IR呈正相关（<0.05），其他指标无相关性（>0.05）。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇的IL-6、TNF-α明显高于正常妊娠产妇，ADP明显低于正常妊娠产妇，且IL-6、TNF-α与IR之间存在相关性，可作为妊娠期糖尿病检测诊断的重要指标。%Objective To explore the level of interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and adiponectin (ADP) in pregnant patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and its relationship with related in-dicators. Methods Forty cases with gestational diabetes in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the study group, 40 cases of healthy pregnant women during the same period for health ex-amination were selected as the control group. Serum IL-6, TNF-α and ADP levels of the two groups were tested and compared. Correlations of the above indexes with fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), body mass index (BMI) and insulin resistance (IR) were researched. Results The differences in mater-nal IL-6, TNF-α, ADP and IR levels were statistically significant between the two groups ( <0.05). Both IL-6 and TNF-α had positive correlations with FINS, BMI and IR ( <0.05). There was no correlation among other indicators ( >0.05). Conclusions IL-6 and TNF-α levels of pregnant women with gestational diabetes are significantly higher than those of normal pregnanct women, ADP is significantly lower than that of normal pregnanct women. IL-6 and TNF-α are correlated with IR, and can be important indexes in detection and diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
