男男性行为性病患者性行为特征分析

Objective: To analyze sexual behaviors and factors related to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among men who have sex with men (MSM) suffering from STI in the last year. Methods: The sexual behaviors and the factors related to STIs among MSM who were infected with STIs in the last year were analyzed and compared with MSM who were not infected with STIs. Results: The number of homosexual partners, higher risk sexual behaviors and frequency of seeking homosexual partners through network were higher among MSM who were infected with STIs in the last year than among those who were not infected with STI in the last year. In multivariable analysis, MSM who had sex for money and had bleeding during sex intercourse were more likely to be infected with STIs than their counterparts. Conclusion: Education on safe sex behaviors should be strengthened for MSM to reduce the risk of STI and HIV infections.%目的: 分析近一年曾患性传播感染(STI)的男男性行为者(men who have sex with men, MSM)性行为特征及感染STI的影响因素.方法: 对近一年曾患STI者的性行为及STI相关因素进行分析,并与未患STI者进行比较.结果: 近一年曾患STI的MSM同性性伴数、与同性性伴间的高危行为、网络寻找性伴并与网友发生性行为等方面均高于对照组.多因素分析,从事男男性工作和性交时出血与近一年患STI关系密切.结论: 应继续加强对MSM人群进行安全性行为健康教育,以降低STI和HIV感染风险.
