小剂量异维A酸治疗油性皮脂溢出疗效观察

摘要

目的：：评价小剂量异维A酸治疗油性皮脂溢出患者的临床疗效。方法：将112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各56例，治疗组采用小剂量异维A酸(10 mg/d)治疗，对照组采用维生素B6、螺内酯治疗。两组均治疗2个月后判断疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组基愈率分别为57.14％和35.71％，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。有效率分别为91.07％和69.64％，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：小剂量异维A酸治疗油性皮脂溢出疗效显著。%Objective: To assess the efficacy of low dose of isotretinoin in the treatment of seborrhea. Methods:One hundred and twelve patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 56 patients in each group. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with isotretinoin, 10 mg/d. In the control group, the patients were administrated with Vitamin B6 and spironolactone. The efficacy of the two groups were assessed after treatment for 2 months. Results:The cure rates in the treatment group and con￣trol group were 57.14% and 35.71% respectively (P<0.05). The effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 91.07% and 69.64% ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Low dose isotretinoin has a significant effect on seborrhea.
