日光性角化病的皮肤共聚焦激光扫描显微镜图像特征

摘要

目的：：分析日光性角化病( AK)的共聚焦激光扫描显微镜( CLSM)图像特征。方法：对15例AK患者进行CLSM检测,分析图像特征。结果：15例患者皮损部位均可见表皮细胞排列紊乱及不典型角质形成细胞；14例患者皮损区可见以单一核细胞为主的炎症细胞浸润,12例患者在皮损区可见血管明显扭曲扩张。结论：表皮细胞排列紊乱及不典型角质形成细胞是AK的特征性CLSM图像特征,可作为CLSM诊断AK的重要依据。%Objective:To determine the image features of actinic keratoses ( AK) under the confocal laser scanning microscopic ( CLSM) . Methods:The lesions of 15 patients with AK were examined by CLSM. Re￣sults:Architectural disarray of epidermal cells and atypical keratinocytes were presented in 15 patients. Mono￣nuclears infiltration was presented in 14 patients. The tortuosity and extension of blood capillary were presented in 12 patients. Conclusion:The feature of AK under the CLSM is architectural disarray of epidermal cells and atypical keratinocytes, which forms the base for the diagnosis.
