感染性湿疹25例临床分析

摘要

目的：：分析感染性湿疹( IE)的迟发诊治原因与治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析25例IE患者的临床资料。结果：25例IE患者中，男18例，女7例，从发病到诊治时间平均4.7天。2~4周IE治愈。结论：有效清除和控制原发灶感染、及时清除分泌物是预防与治疗IE的关键。%Objective: To analyze the cause of delayed diagnosis and treatment of infectious eczema. Methods:The profiles of 25 cases with infective eczema were analyzed. Results: Out of 25 cases, 18 were males and 7 were females. All the 25 patients were cured in 2-4 weeks. Conclusion:Effective control of pri￣mary infection and cleaning of exudates timely are the key points in prevention and treatment of infectious ec￣zema.
