浙江省麻风治愈存活者健康状况调查

摘要

Objective:To determine the basic health status and the influencing factors for the ex-leprosy patients. Methods:A questionaire was used to collect the information on health status among the registered ex-leprosy patients in the province. Results: The prevalence of chronic disease was 59. 9% mainly including hypertension gastropathy bronchitis osteoarthrosis and diabetes mellitus. Gender age inhabitation and disability were the main influencing factors for the health status. Conclusion: The health status among the ex-leprosy patients is not optimistic. More care in terms of psychological intervention rehabilitation and social care should be strengthened.%目的：调查浙江省麻风治愈存活者的基本健康状况和影响因素。方法：对浙江省登记在册的全部麻风治愈者，采用入户调查的方法进行问卷调查。结果：麻风治愈存活者中慢性病患病率为59.86％，主要为高血压、胃病、支气管炎、糖尿病和高血脂。影响麻风治愈者健康的主要影响因素是性别、年龄、居住和畸残情况。结论：麻风治愈存活者健康状况差，应加强对麻风治愈者的人文和健康关怀。
