果酸联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中度痤疮疗效评价

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAS) combined with tanshinone capsule in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods:One hundred and sixty-one patients with moderate acne vulgaris were divided randomly into three groups. Fifty-five patients were treated with AHAS combined with tanshinone capsule ( treatment group) . Fifty-four patients were treated with AHAS and fifty-two patients were treated with tanshinone capsule only. Tanshinone capsule was given 1g,4 times a day for 8 weeks and AHAS was used topically. The clinical efficacy and safety were assessed at week 4 and 8 after treatment, Recurrences were assessed one month later. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.27%, which was higher than those in AHAS group and intanshinone capsule group ( 62. 96% and 53.85%) . There was no obvious adverse reaction in the three groups. The recurrence rate in the combination group, AHAS group and intanshinone capsule group was 3.64%, 16.67% and 15.38% respectively after one month follow-up. Conclusion:AHAs combined with tanshinone capsule is effective, safe and less recurrence in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.%目的：：评价果酸联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法：161例中度痤疮患者随机分为果酸联合丹参酮组55例、果酸组54例和丹参酮组52例。果酸外用(20％为起始浓度)，2周1次，共4次，丹参酮胶囊口服1g，4次/日，共8周，治疗8周评价疗效。治疗后1个月评价复发情况。结果：果酸联合丹参酮组的总有效率为87.27％，高于果酸组的62.96％和丹参酮组的53.85％。三组均未见严重的不良反应。1个月后，果酸联合丹参酮组复发2例(3.64％)，果酸组复发9例(16.67％)，丹参酮组复发8例(15.38％)。结论：果酸联合丹参酮治疗中度寻常痤疮安全有效，复发率低。
