靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤1例

患者,男,13岁。右侧大腿棕黑色丘疹1年。皮损组织病理示：真皮浅中层血管楔形增生扩张,管壁内皮细胞肿胀,部分似鞋钉样突向管腔。%A 13-year-old boy presented with a dark brown papule on the right side of the thigh for one year. The biopsy showed dilated and proliferated vessels with hobnail endothelial cells protruding into the lu-mens.
