神经皮肤黑变病1例

A 21-year-old male patient presented with black plaques on the trunk and extremities for 21 years with an unsteady step for 4 years. The pathological feature of the lesion was accordance with the diagno-sis of compound nevus. MRI of brain showed pons atrophy with patchy short T1 signal and mild cerebellum atrophy. The diagnosis of neurocutaneous melanosis was made.%患者，男，21岁。躯干、四肢黑斑21年，走路不稳4年。皮损组织病理示：混合痣；头颅磁共振成像示：桥脑萎缩并斑片状短T1信号，小脑轻度萎缩。诊断为神经皮肤黑变病。
