射频联合复方氟米松软膏治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变病疗效评价

摘要

Objective:To assess the efficacy of radiofrequency ( RF) combined with compound flumetason ointment in the treatment of primary cutaneous amyloidosis. Methods:The lesion on the left anterior tibial or foream in 32 patients were treated with RF combined with compound flumetason ointment and the lesion on the right anterior tibia were treated with compound flumetasone ointment only. The efficacy was assessed after 6 months follow-up. Results: The effective rate of RF combined with compound flumetason was 91. 43% and that of compound flumetasone ointment was 51.43%, with a significant difference ( P<0.05) . There were exu-dation, swelling and pain in 6 patients after 1 week of the treatment and those symptoms were improved after symptomatic treatment. There was hyperpigmentation in 5 patients, which disappeared after 6 months. Conclusion:RF combined with compound flumetason ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of primary cutaneous amyloidosis.%目的：：评价射频联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变病的临床疗效。方法：32例患者左侧胫前或(前臂)采用射频治疗(1次)及外用复方氟米松软膏,日2次,3周后改为日1次,共6周,右侧单用复方氟米松软膏。随访6个月,比较两种方法的疗效。结果：射频联合复方氟米松软膏有效率为91.43％,复方氟米松软膏有效率为51.43％,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。射频治疗后1周有6例患者手术区出现渗出、红肿及疼痛,对症处理后好转。5例患者出现色素沉着斑,均在6个月内消失。结论：射频联合复方氟米松软膏外用治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变病疗效好,不良反应少。
