光疗在皮肤病治疗中的应用

摘要

Phototherapy, including PUVA, BB-UVB, NB-UVB, photodynamic therapy and 308 nm exci-mer laser, has been widely used in the treatment of variaty of dermatosis. The history of phototherapy, mech-anism and the common photodynamic therapy methods were reviewed in this article.%光疗在皮肤病治疗中的应用越来越广泛，包括PUVA、BB－UVB、NB－UVB、光动力治疗、308 nm准分子激光等。本文就光疗治疗皮肤病的发展史、光疗的作用机制及几种临床常用的光疗方法进行综述。
