银屑病患者外周血Th17/Th22细胞的表达

Objective:To detect the level of Th17 and Th22 and the expression of related cytokines inclu-ding IL-17, IL-22 and IL-6 in of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:The disease severity was e-valuated by PASI scores. The levels of peripheral blood Th17 and Th22 cells in 40 patients and 30 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry. The levels of serum IL-17, IL-22 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA. Results:The levels of Th17, Th22, IL-17,IL-22 and IL-6 in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris were higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.01) and were positively correlated with PASI scores (P<0.05) . Conclusion:Th17 and Th22 cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.%目的：：检测寻常型银屑病( PV)患者外周血Th17、Th22的水平及相关因子IL－17、IL－22、IL－6的血清水平。方法： PASI评分评估患者病情,采用流式细胞术检测40例PV患者和30例健康对照者外周血Th17和Th22细胞,ELISA法检测血清中 IL－17、IL－22和 IL－6水平。结果： PV患者Th17细胞及Th22细胞,血清IL－17、IL－22及血清IL－6的水平明显高于健康对照组( P均<0.01),且与PASI呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论： Th17和Th22可能参与银屑病的发病。
