Q开关1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮30例疗效评价

摘要

目的:评价Q开关1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性.方法:选取临床中度痤疮患者30例,Q开关1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光4 mm光斑扫描皮损处,能量密度4.0～6.0 J/cm2;无菌注射器清痘后再次以6/8 mm光斑全面部扫描,能量密度2.0～3.5 J/cm2.每两周1次,共3次.治疗后3个月评价疗效.结果:30例患者中,显效20例(66.67％),有效9例(30％),无效1例(3.33％).丘疹、粉刺、脓疱及红斑消退率分别为69.70％,54.87％,93.25％,26.37％.结论:Q开关1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮安全有效.%Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods:Thirty patients with moderate acne vulgaris were treated with Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser, firstly 4mm spots, 4.0-6.0 J/cm2, and then, cleaned the comedos or/and pustules with sterile injection syringe followed by Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd∶YAG laser for 6/8mm spots, 2.0-3.5 J/cm2, once two weeks for 3 times. Results:Of 30 patients, 20 patients (66.67％) were remarkably improved, 9 ( 30％) were moderately improved and one ( 3. 33％) was ineffect. The clearance rates of pap-ules, pimples, pustules, and erythema were 69.70％, 54.87％, 93.25％ and 26.37％, respectively. Conclu-sion:Q-Switched 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser is effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
