隐瘢痕单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(附62例)

摘要

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical application of scar-hidden single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. [ Methods ] A total of 62 patients were included. Scar-hidden single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in all of them. [ Results ] All the operations were performed successfully. None of the cases experienced conversion to open surgery. The mean operating time was 47.8min; the mean volume of blood loss was 4 mL. No complication occurred during and after operation. [ Conclusions ] It is completely feasible to give scar-hidden single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.%目的 探索隐瘢痕单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用.方法 分析已完成的62例经阴毛部位单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料.结果 62例均成功完成隐瘢痕单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术,无中转开腹,平均手术时间是47.8 min,平均出血量4mL.术后恢复好,无黄疸等并发症.结论 隐瘢痕单孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是完全可行的.
