[Objective] To assess the effect of laparoscope combined with hysteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal pregnancy and residual. [Methods] 17 cases of corneal pregnancy and residual from September 2006 to February 2010 were diagnosed and treated with laparoscope and hysteroscope. [Results] In 17 cases, 11 cases got comeal pregnancy and residual dislodging under laparoscope observation, 6 cases underwent corneal discussion and restore. All operations were successfully, and none of complications happened. [ Conclusions ] Laparoscope combined with hysteroscope is a value method of diagnosing and treating corneal pregnancy and residual.The patients will get mini-trauma and few distress.%目的 探讨宫腹腔镜在宫角妊娠的诊断及治疗中的应用价值.方法 该院2006年9月～2010年3月共收治宫角妊娠患者17例,应用宫腹腔镜技术时其进行诊断及治疗.结果 17例患者均由宫腔镜检确诊.11例成功在腹腔镜监视下完成胚胎组织取出术,6例行腹腔镜下宫角切开取胚+子宫修补术.所有患者手术过程均顺利,无1例出现并发症.结论 宫腹腔镜技术是诊断及保守治疗宫角妊娠的一种非常有价值的方法,同时可减少患者的痛苦.
