目的 观察合用新制柴连汤加减煎剂,相对单纯使用抗生素滴眼液治疗兔细菌性角膜炎的效果.方法 健康无眼疾的新西兰白兔40只(80只眼),于角膜实质层内注入金黄色葡萄球菌菌液制作细菌性角膜炎模型.接种后随机分成2组:中药治疗组20只(40只眼)予氧氟沙星、妥布霉素滴眼液,并灌胃新制柴连汤加减煎剂;对照组20只(40只眼),仅予上述抗生素滴眼液.比较2组角膜病变程度评分和疗效.结果 1.角膜病变程度评分:造模24 h及治疗后第3天,2组角膜评分接近,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后第9天和第14天,中药治疗组角膜评分均小于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2.疗效:中药治疗组:治愈32只眼,好转6只眼,无效2只眼,总有效率95％；对照组:治愈28只眼,好转4只眼,无效8只眼,总有效率80％,2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 合用新制柴连汤加减煎剂治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的兔角膜炎的效果,好于单纯抗生素滴眼液,在缩短病程、改善症状等方面有一定优势.%OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of antibiotic eye drops used alone and combined with revised Chailian Decoction on rabbit bacterial keratitis. METHODS Forty healthy New Zealand white rabbits(80 eyes)were injected staphylococcus aureus into stroma of cornea to form bacterial keratitis model. The inoculated rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups: 20 rabbits(40 eyes)were taken as treatment group ,the other 20 rabbits(40 eyes)as control group. The treatment group were treated by Ofloxacin and Tobramycin eye drops combined with revised Chailian Decoction lav age, the control group was treated only with antibiotic eye drops. Compared the effects and scores of corneal pathological damage. RESULTS 1. Corneal score comparison : the two groups scores were near and had no statistical differences (P >0.05)on the 24th hour after establishing models; on the 9th and 14th day , the scores of treatment group were less than that of control group and had a significant difference (P<0.05). 2. Comparison of effects:32 eyes were cured,6 eyes were improved,and 2 eyes were ineffective of treatment group. The total effective rate was 95% ;28 eyes were cured,4 eyes were improved and 8 eyes were ineffective in control group. The total effective rate was 80%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS The effect of using antibiotic eye drops combined with revised Chailian Decoction on rabbits keratitis was better than that of solely using antibiotic eye drops in shortening the course of the disease and lessening symptoms.
