Stargardt病和眼底黄色斑点症

摘要

Stargardt病和眼底黄色斑点症同属一类疾病,是同种眼病的不同表现形式,临床上以黄斑损害为主的Stargardt病更为多见.本病初发时眼底表现轻微,当混合有黄色斑点,特别是以黄色斑点为主要眼底征象时容易造成漏诊、误诊和误治.笔者回顾近年的临床病例,从临床表现、病理生理、鉴别诊断、预后等多方面对本病进行阐述,期待能提高临床上对本病的早期认识,并予合理处治.%Stargardt disease and fundus flavimaculatus are regarded as being variants of the same disease despite the fact that present at different times and have a different prognosis. Maculopathy is more common in Stargardt disease. The fundus abnormality is slight in the initial stage. It tends to be misdiagnosed or mistreated when the fundus lesions follow with flecks, especially when the flecks are the main signs in fundus. In this article, the authors reviewed some clinical cases, and discussed the clinical features, physiopathology,differential diagnosis and prognosis of Stargardt macular dystrophy.
