基于DCS的间歇性生产过程温度控制策略的研究与实现

摘要

Glyphosate production plant for the presence of variability of temperature control, nonlinear and time delay issues, proposed expert control strategy using glyphosate synthesis reactor temperature control, with experience in control to achieve de-alcohol%针对间歇性生产过程装置的温度控制存在时变性、非线性、时滞性的问题，提出采用专家控制策略实现间歇性合成反应器的温度控制，采用经验控制实现脱醇脱酸釜温度控制。通过现场投运后的结果，验证了控制策略的可行性。
