不同LED光质对丝瓜枯萎病菌及枯萎病发生的影响

     

摘要

To explore the mechanism of light quality regulation on disease,effects of 11 kinds of light quality (range from 340 ~ 450 nm) on Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.) f.sp.luffae and Fusarium wilt were tested.Compared with the treatment of white light,mycelia growth of F.oxysporum was inhibited in treatments of 370 nm and 400 nm,while mycelia growth was slightly promoted in treatment of 340 nm,395 nm,410 nm,440 nm and 450 nm.Sporulation of F.oxysporum was promoted in all light treatments,and that was the highest under 370 nm light treatment.There were significant effects of promoting spore germination in treatments of 375 nm,425 nm and 440 nm,while certain inhibitory effect was found in 395 nm treatment.After the light pretreatment of 72 h,the development of wilt disease slowed in treatments of 370 nm,380 nm and 425 nm,however,certain role in promoting the development of disease was found in treatments of 375 nm,440 nm and 450 nm.%为了探讨光质调控病害发生的机制,我们测定了340~ 450 nm波段内的11种光质对丝瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum(Schl.)f.sp.luffae)以及枯萎病发生的影响.结果显示,同白光处理相比,370 nm和400 nm处理能显著抑制丝瓜枯萎菌菌落的生长,340 nm、395 nm、410 nm、440 nm、450 nm处理对菌落生长有促进作用,但促进效果不显著;所有的供试处理对枯萎病菌的产孢都具有一定的促进作用,其中370 nm处理促进产孢的效果最明显;375 nm、425 nm和440 nm处理对供试病菌的分生孢子萌发表现出明显的促进作用,395 nm则表现出一定的抑制效果.经过光照预处理72 h,370 nm、380 nm和425 nm处理显著延缓了丝瓜枯萎病害的发展,而375 nm、440 nm、450 nm则对病害的发展有一定的促进作用.
