福建省可用饲草料资源营养价值研究

         

摘要

To evaluate the nutritional value of forage in Fujian province,many kinds of forage material were collected. The chemical composition,mineral composition and amino acid composition were determined. The results showed that most of the forage grass has high nutritional value due to rich mineral element and amino acid composition. Especially the kudzu vine and peanut straw,could be used as excellent leguminous forage for the highest crude protein content of about 12.4%-13.8% DM. And the bean dregs and peanut straw had the highest soluble protein content,about 7.4% DM and 7.3% DM respectively;in addition, corn stalk 2 had the highest water soluble sugar content,about 20.00% DM;sugar cane tip 1 had the highest hemicellulose content,about 30.7% DM;the bean dregs had the highest ether extract content,about 3.53% DM,the kudzu had the highest total amino acid content,up to 5.30% DM. There were some differences in nutrition composition among different regions. The development and utilization of these resources would effectively solve the insufficience of forage in winter for small and middle-scale herbivorous livestock farming in Fujian province,and the study would provide the theoretical basis for development of southern herbivore ecological farming.%试验收集了25份不同季节、不同科属和不同农作物副产物等福建省可利用饲草料资源,对其营养成分进行了测定.结果表明:大部分饲草有较高的营养成分,丰富的矿物质元素和氨基酸组成,具有很好的开发利用前景,特别是葛藤和花生秸秆,可作为优质的豆科饲料资源开发利用.除莲子壳外,其余24份饲草料的粗蛋白含量均高于5%(DM基础),部分饲草料粗蛋白含量高于10%(DM基础),尤其是葛藤和花生秸秆粗蛋白含量最高,分别为12.4%~13.8%和10.50%~14.80%;豆渣和花生秸秆3的可溶性蛋白含量最高,分别为7.4%和7.3%;另外,玉米秸秆2的可溶性碳水化合物含量最高,为20.0%;甘蔗梢1的半纤维素含量最高,达30.7%;豆渣的粗脂肪含量最高,为3.53%.葛藤的氨基酸总量最高,达到5.30%以上.不同地区的饲草营养成分存在一定的差异.这些资源的有效开发利用,能够解决福建省中、小规模草食动物养殖业冬季饲草料不足的被动局面,为南方草食动物的生态养殖发展提供理论基础.
