植物精油对反刍动物瘤胃发酵影响的研究进展

摘要

Plant essential oils have antimicrobial properties.In recent years,the food safety problems caused by antibiotic residues have severely restricted the healthy development of livestock and poultry breeding in China.In order to guarantee the market supply and healthy development of animal husbandry,and to seek safe and efficient antibiotic substitutes without residue has become an important topic.In this paper,the potential abilities of plant essential oils and their active components on rumen fermentation modulation,modulation mechanisms and application prospects were discussed.%随着畜牧业的集约化发展及人们生活水平的提高,肉类需求量不断增大,为了保证市场的供需平衡及畜牧业的健康发展,寻求安全、高效、无残留的抗生素替代品已成为当今畜牧业生产所面临的重要课题.植物精油因具有抗菌作用,当前被认为是代替饲料中抗生素的有效产品之一.为此,文章综述了植物精油对反刍动物瘤胃发酵的调控和作用机制,并对其抗菌作用机制加以讨论,同时对其应用前景进行了展望.
