湿热环境下不同品种牛血小板活化因子(PAF)的差异表达模式

         

摘要

In order to analyze the differential expression patterns of platelet activation factor (PAF) in different stress resistance cattle varieties under hygrothermal environment,and to explicate the specialized expression pattern of PAF in the semen of a stress resistance cattle variety,Shuxuan cattle,5 Shuxuan bulls and 10 Simmental bulls around 2-month age were selected.The quality of sperm and the expression quantity of PAF were measured continuously from September 2016 to March 2017.The result showed that the PAF activity significantly and negatively correlated with sperm density and sperm vigor in Simmental(P<0.01,r=-0.934;P<0.01,r=-0.953).The activity of PAF significantly and negatively correlated with sperm density and sperm vigor of Shuxuan bull (P<0.01,r=-0.912;P<0.05,r=-0.848,respectively).The average expression quantity of PAF in Shuxuan bull was 3.92 ng/mL from September to December in 2016,and 3.08 ng/mL from January to March in 2017,respectively.The influence of heat stress on the sperm quality of Shuxuan bull was less than that of the Simmental bull.%为了分析湿热环境下不同抗逆品种间血小板活化因子(PAF)的差异表达模式,明确抗逆品种蜀宣花牛精液中PAF的特色表达模式,选择2月龄左右的蜀宣花牛(5头)和西门塔尔牛公牛(10头),统一饲养条件和营养水平,于2016年9月至2017年3月连续检测精子质量和PAF的表达量.结果表明:西门塔尔牛的精液中PAF的活性与精液密度和精子活力均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.934;P<0.01,r=-0.953),蜀宣花牛的精液中PAF活性与精液密度也呈极显著负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.912),与精子活力呈显著负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.848);蜀宣花牛PAF表达量标化模式呈二阶段式,2016年9-12月份蜀宣花牛的PAF表达量平均3.92 ng/mL,2017年1-3月份平均3.08 ng/mL.说明热应激对蜀宣花牛精子质量的影响小于西门塔尔牛,这与PAF表达模式的差异有关.
