呼伦贝尔短尾羊×戈壁羊杂交一代羔羊尾型性状的早期生长发育规律分析

摘要

为了揭示绵羊尾型性状的早期生长发育规律,选用呼伦贝尔短尾羊♂×戈壁羊♀杂交一代羔羊作为研究对象,对绵羊尾型性状早期生长发育规律进行了对比分析.结果表明:杂交一代羔羊尾长略大于尾宽,且相同日龄公母羊尾型差异不显著(P＞0.05);通过计算,60～160日龄杂交一代羔羊尾长平均日增长0.305 mm,尾宽平均日增长0.192 mm,平均日增重139.30 g;分析发现,随着体重的增加,杂交一代羔羊的尾长和尾宽均随之增长,且尾巴的生长发育主要发生在羔羊从出生至体重达25.00 kg之前.通过对戈壁羊及杂交一代羊尾型与体重的关联分析,羔羊从出生至体重15.00kg时,杂交一代羔羊尾巴的生长发育速度快于戈壁羊;当体重大于16.00kg时,杂交羊的尾巴生长发育速度明显减缓,并且尾型显著小于当地戈壁羊.说明用呼伦贝尔短尾羊公羊杂交改良当地大尾型的戈壁羊效果显著.%In order to reveal the early growth and development of tail type traits in sheep,Hulun buir short tail sheep (♂) × Gobi sheep (♀) hybrid-lambs were selected.The results showed that the hybrid-tail length was slightly longer than tail width.There was no significant difference between male and female lamb tail types at the same age.From 60 to160-day-old the average daily growth rate oftaillength,tail width,daily gain were 0.305 mm,0.192 mm,139.3 g,respectively.The tail length and width of hybrid-generation increased with the increament of body weight.The growth and development of tail mainly occurred from birth to the time that body weight reached 25.00 kg.By association analysis,the tail of the hybrid-lamb grew faster than that of Gobi sheep from birth to the time that the weight reached 15.00 kg,the hybrid had certain heterosis in growth and development.When the weight was more than 16.00 kg,the tail growth rate of hybrid sheep was significantly slower,and the tail type was significantly smaller than that of the local Gobi sheep.The results showed that there was a significant improving effect on tail type of Gobi fat tail ram by Hulun Buir short tail sheep.
