以往提高搅拌车车架系统性能的手段较为单一或是对结构优化后的性能缺乏有效的评估手段。现以某型号大方量混凝土搅拌车的结构优化为例,针对其副车架部位易于开裂的现象,采用ANSYS相关软件分析了其结构优化前后的力学性能,并以此为基础进行了疲劳强度的仿真分析,对副车架部位易于开裂的原因进行了研究,从疲劳强度角度较为全面和科学地验证了优化方案的合理性与有效性。%Method of improving mixer frame system performance was simple and effective evaluation measure was lacked after structural optimization in the past .Here taking structural optimization of one certain type large cube con-crete mixer as example and regarding to rupture tendency of its sub frame location , the mechanical properties of the frame structure before and after optimization have been analyzed by ANSYS software , further based on the compared re-sult, simulation analysis of the fatigue strength has been conducted and rupture tendency cause of the sub frame loca -tion has been researched , finally reasonability and validity of the optimum project has been verified comprehensively and scientifically from fatigue strength .
