强力板材矫直机整体铸造闭式机架的设计与应用

             

摘要

强力板材矫直机整体铸造闭式机架具有高强度、高刚度、承受矫直力大且变形小的特点,可有效地提高设备的可靠性和高强板材的矫直精度。本文参考轧机闭式机架的设计,结合矫直机的使用特点,介绍了矫直机整体铸造闭式机架的材料性能、技术要求、主要结构参数的选择、机架强度与弹性变形的计算。%Closed housing with integral casting of strong force straightener possesses characteristics of higher strength, higher stiffness, higher strengthening force loading and lower deformation, which could efficiently improve equipment reliability and strengthening precision of high strength sheet.With reference to closed housing design of roll-ing mill and combing with usage features of straightener, mechanical property, technical requirement, selection of main structural parameters and calculation of housing strength and elastic deformation for closed housing by integral casting of straightener have been described.
