天津市临床输血机构储血冰箱卫生状况调查

摘要

Objective To understand the implementation of disinfection of clinical transfusion institutions in the area of Tianjin. Methods We executed blood storage refrigerator bacteria, mold growth colony inspection in 45 clinical blood use medical institutions of 81 blood storage refrigerators. Results The overall pass rate is 81.48%, in which Class-I Hospitals and Class-II Hospitals qualified rate is lower, respectively is 50.00% and 55.56%, class-Ill hospital qualified rate is higher, which is 90.16%. Conclusion We shall strengthen Class-I & II hospitals to focus on blood storage refrigerator monitoring, through the analysis and the discussion, put forward reasonable suggestions, to improve blood level of management, ensure the clinical blood safety.%目的了解辖区内临床输血机构储血冰箱消毒卫生情况。方法对辖区内45家临床用血医疗机构使用的81台储血冰箱开展细菌、霉菌生长茵落的检查工作。结果总体合格率81.48％，其中一级医院、二级医院合格率较低，分别为50．00％和55.56％，三级医院合格率较高，为90.16％。结论应严格要求一二级医院的贯彻相关卫生标准，提出合理性建议，以提高用血管理水平，保障临床用血安全。
