彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺结节性肿瘤临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断甲状腺结节性肿瘤中的作用。方法选取我院90例甲状腺结节患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断，后结合病理学分析结果进行对比结节性肿瘤与良性结节在征象上的差异。结果在甲状腺恶性结节在边界、形态、数目、声晕、回声、沙粒样钙化及血流分级上与良性结节有显著差异，P<0.05。结论彩色多普勒超声能有效鉴别甲状腺结节性恶、良性，为甲状腺结节性肿瘤的诊断提供了重要依据，值得临床推广运用。%Objective To explore the effect of CDFI in diagnosis of thyroid nodular tumor (TNT). Methods 90 TNT cases were diagnosed using CDFI, and the differences of TNT and benign nodules were observed combining pathological analysis. Results The boundary, shape, number, acoustic halo, and sand-like calcification and TIBI of TNT were significantly different compared with benign nodules (P<0.05). Conclusion CDFI could effectively identify TNT and benign ones, and provide a important basis for the diagnosis of TNT, worth clinical promotion.
