786例慢性精神分裂症患者在“686”项目救助5年随访分析

Objective 786 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients rescue medication for 5 years to evaluate the effect.Methods In the demonstration area selected in line with the national "686" project office assistance standard diagnosis for 786 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia, after five years of treatment and folow-up of administration, into the group and once a year the positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), social disability screening scale(SDSS) score.ResultsThe drug compliance decrease recurrence and troublemaking has significant effect on chronic schizophrenia rehabilitation of social function, patients.Conclusion "Has a very important role in the 686" project to maintain long-term rehabilitation effect of poor patients.%目的：对786例慢性精神分裂症患者救助服药5年进行疗效评估。方法在示范区内筛选出符合国家“686”项目办救助标准诊断为慢性精神分裂症患者786例，经过五年投药治疗随访，进行入组及每年一次阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS），社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分。结果药物依从性对慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能康复、降低复发及肇事肇祸有显著的效果。结论“686”项目对贫困患者能长期维持康复效果有非常重要的作用。
