清热凉血消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨清热凉血汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床效果。方法随机将110例寻常型银屑病血热证患者平均分为两组。观察组行清热凉血汤治疗，对照组行阿维A胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组有效率、PASI评分、VAS评分、复发率等均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用清热凉血汤治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效理想。%Objective To observe the effect of Qingre Liangxue decoction in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.Methods We divided 110 patients into two groups.the observation group used Qingre Liangxue Decoction,and control group used acitretin capsules, compared the effect of two groups.ResultsThe effective rate, PASI scores,VAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe effect of Qingre Liangxue Decoction is ideal.
