艾塞那肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of exenatide in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.Methods90 patients were divided into two groups. Control group used insulin, observation group used exenatide,compared effect of two groups.Results The BMI、HbA1C、FPG、2hPG of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exenatide can significantly control the blood sugar and weight.%目的：探讨艾塞那肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法随机将90例2型糖尿病肥胖患者平均分为两组。观察组给予艾塞那肽，对照组给予胰岛素，观察两组疗效。结果观察组BMI、HbA1C、FPG、2 hPG等指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论艾塞那肽可有效控制血糖水平及体重。
