桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的效果分析

摘要

Objective Analysis the effect on the T-shaped locking compression plate (LCP) in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture. Methods110 cases of elderly unstable distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015. The control group were treated by external fixation treatment; the observation group were treated by T-shaped LCP treatment.Results The incidence of postoperative complications (7.27%vs 23.64%) and bone healing time [(75.32±11.26 )dvs (104.25±15.48) d]in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion The use of T-shaped LCP in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture in patients with significant effect.%目的：关于桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的效果分析。方法本次研究选取我院2013年9月～2015年9月收治的110例老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者作为研究对象。对照组患者采用外固定支架法治疗；观察组患者采用桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率（7.27%vs 23.64%）和骨骼愈合时间[（75.32±11.26）dvs （104.25±15.48） d]优于对照组。结论运用桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者效果显著。
