躁抑症治疗中采用阿立哌唑增效的临床应用价值探究

摘要

Objective To explore the synergistic effect using of aripiprazole and clinical value in the treatment of manic depressive patients. Methods 60 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into control group and observation group randomly. The observation group were treated with aripiprazole and lithium carbonate,the control group with lithium carbonate + quetiapine fumarate. Comparison of therapeutic effect. Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group significantly,and PANSS score,BRMS score,HAMD score improved better than the control group significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical value in the treatment of manic depressive patients using aripiprazole is definite,it can improve the clinical symptoms effectively.%目的：探索躁抑症治疗中采用阿立哌唑增效的临床应用价值。方法纳入60例躁抑症患者，将患者分为对照组和观察组。观察组以碳酸锂+阿立哌唑进行治疗，对照组以碳酸锂＋富马酸喹硫平进行治疗，对比治疗效果。结果观察组疗效优于对照组，PANSS 评分、BRMS评分、HAMD 评分改善优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论躁抑症治疗中采用阿立哌唑增效的临床应用价值确切，可有效改善临床症状。
