糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者行健康教育的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨健康教育在糖尿病患者周围神经血管病变护理中的效果。方法选择78例糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者，随机将其分为两组，对照组给予常规护理方式，观察组在对照组的基础上行健康教育，比较两组患者心理状况。结果观察组心理状况优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在糖尿病患者周围神经血管病变的护理中实施健康教育能够在很大程度上降低患者恐慌、焦虑情绪，改善心理状态，提高患者的生活质量。%ObjectiveTo investigate the efect of health education around diabetes care in neurovascular diseases.Methods78 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with vascular disease,were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional care approach,the observation group using health education based on control group,mental status were compared. ResultsThe psychological situation is significantly better than the control group,the diference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health care education on the nerves and blood vessels around the lesions in diabetic patients can largely reduce patient panic and anxiety,improve mental state,improve the quality of life of patients.
