DHS和PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

ObjectiveComparison of DHS and PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods84 femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were divided into control group(DHS group)and observation group(PFNA group),compared with DHS and PFNA.Results The observation group operation,weight bearing,fracture healing time,the excelent and good rate was higher than the control group,andP<0.05. Conclusion PFHA in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture is more effective than DHS.%目的：比较DHS和PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效。方法将84例老年股骨隆间骨折分为对照组（DHS组）和观察组（PFNA组），比较用DHS、PFNA的疗效。结果观察组手术、负重、骨折愈合时间、出血量、并发症低于对照组，优良率高于对照组，且P＜0.05。讨论 PFHA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折比DHS疗效好。
