人文关怀护理在心脏瓣膜置换术患者围手术期的应用分析

摘要

目的：探析人文关怀护理在心脏瓣膜置换术患者围手术期的应用。方法选取我科实施人文关怀护理前139例为对照组和实施后103例为观察组，均行心脏瓣膜置换术患者，进行回顾性分析，对比护理满意度。结果观察组患者满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对心脏瓣膜置换术患者实施围手术期人文关怀护理的临床效果好，可提高患者满意度。%ObjectiveAnalysis of humanistic care nursing in cardiac valve replacement patients during the perioperative period.MethodsChose our department before the implementation of humane care nursing 139 cases after the implementation of 103 cases in the control group and the observation group of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement surgery,were retrospectively analyzed,then compared to nursing satisfaction.ResultsSatisfaction of patients in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of heart valve replacement patients during the perioperative period of humanistic care has more significant clinical effect,can improve patients’ satisfaction.
