腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：观察腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法2012年5月～2013年5月60例我院急性胆囊炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组进行常规开腹手术治疗，观察组患者则进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术。对两组患者接受不同手术方法后的临床效果进行对比。结果观察组治疗效果提高，患者手术后各项临床指标与术后并发症产生情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对急性胆囊炎患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，能提高治疗效果，患者在手术过程中出血少、术后产生并发症发生率低。%ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods60 cases of acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The clinical effect of two groups of patients after receiving different surgical methods were observed and compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly improved,the clinical indicators and postoperative complications were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis can improve the treatment effect,patients with less bleeding during operation,postoperative complications.
