骨盆及下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理分析

摘要

目的：观察分析骨科手术后深静脉血栓的形成原因及护理措施。方法护理措施包括术前评估，高危宣教，病情观察，抗凝护理，功能锻炼，饮食指导，等。结果本组98例，早期发现深静脉血栓形成4例（72 h内），经过抗凝，溶栓治疗均痊愈。结论对于骨盆及下肢骨折患者，加强术前评估，高危宣教，病情观察，抗凝护理，功能锻炼，饮食指导等，可以预防深静脉血栓形成等并发症，提高治愈率。%ObjectiveTo observe the reasons for the formation of deep venous thrombosis after orthopaedic surgery and nursing measures.Methods Nursing measures including preoperative evaluation,high-risk mission,condition observation,anticoagulant nursing,functional exercise,diet instruction, etc.ResultsAl 98 cases,4 cases were early detection of deep vein thrombosis(72 hours)after anticoagulation,thrombolysis therapy were recovered. ConclusionFor patients with fracture of pelvis and lower limbs,strengthening preoperative assessment,high-risk mission,condition observation, anticoagulant nursing,functional exercise,diet instruction can prevent complications such as deep vein thrombosis,and improve the cure rate.
