联合应用血液灌流和血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined blood perfusion and hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 96 cases with chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group,the control group were treated with hemodialysis treatment,the observation group in the control group treated with hemoperfusion based on the control group,the middle molecular substances(MMS),serum creatinine(SCR),urea(BUN),parathyroid prime(PTH) andβ2MG detection value of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.ResultsMMS,β2MG,PTH,BUN,and SCr in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined blood perfusion and hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure can obtain significant clinical efficacy.%目的：探讨联合应用血液灌流和血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年5月～2015年5月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48例，对照组采用血液透析治疗，观察组在对照组相同治疗的基础上联合血液灌流治疗，比较两组治疗前后中分子物质（MMS）、肌酐（Scr）、尿素（BUN）、甲状旁腺素（PTH）及β2微球蛋白（β2MG）水平。结果观察组治疗后MMS、PTH、β2MG、BUN以及SCr均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论联合应用血液灌流和血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可以取得临床疗效。
