主动护理干预对麻醉恢复室患者满意度的影响

摘要

目的 研究分析主动护理干预应用于麻醉恢复室的临床效果.方法 选择2013年3月~2015年3月我院收治的麻醉恢复室患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予主动护理干预,对比两组护理满意度.结果 观察组护理满意度为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 主动护理干预应用于麻醉恢复室患者能够有效提高护理质量和护理满意度.%Objective To study the clinical effects of the active nursing intervention applied to PACU.Methods From March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital,82 cases of anesthesia recovery room patients were randomly divided into two groups,each of 41 cases. The control group received routine care,observation group using active nursing intervention,compared two groups of nursing satisfaction.Results Observation group' care satisfaction was 97.56%(40/41),significantly higher than the 80.49%(33/41),the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
