50例急性颅脑损伤患者头痛的综合护理干预

摘要

目的 针对急性颅脑损伤患者头痛的综合护理干预效果进行探讨.方法 收集2012年6月~2013年6月50例急性颅脑损伤患者资料,根据患者头痛症状采取相应的综合护理干预.结果 50例急性颅脑损伤合并头痛患者采取综合护理干预后,有25例患者未经镇痛药物治疗而症状逐渐消失;7例患者经镇静药物治疗后头痛症状有较为明显的改善;颅内高压患者采用脱水降压药物治疗后,15例合并颅内高压的患者症状好转;2例患者经血肿清除术治疗后症状完全消失;1例患者经开窗减压术治疗后症状显著好转.结论 在急性颅脑损伤合并头痛患者的治疗中采用综合护理,可有效改善患者头痛症状,对于患者减轻依赖镇痛药物,生活质量提高等方面具有效果.%Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Methods The data of 50 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were colected from June 2012 to June 2013. The comprehensive nursing intervention was taken according to the symptoms of the patients with headache.Results 50 cases of acute craniocerebral injury combined with headache patients to take comprehensive nursing intervention,there were 25 patients without treatment,and 7 patients were treated with sedative drugs. The symptoms of headache were significantly improved. 2 patients with high blood pressure were treated with dehydration,15 patients with intracranial hypertension,and 1 patients with hematoma after treatment,the symptoms disappeared completely.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of acute brain injury combined with headache can effectively improve the patient's headache symptoms,reduce the dependence on analgesic drugs,improve the quality of life.
