消毒供应中心护士专业化培训模式的构建及效果评价

摘要

Objective To discuss the specialized nurses' training mode in CSSD, and to build suitable training methods and effect analysis for CSSD nurses and to promote the development of CSSD nurses'attainment.Methods Through investigating before training,and examining CSSD nurses'professional theory and skils which combined with practical work,formulating CSSD nurses'training mode,content and method. Nurses wil be trained by the methods such as using PPT teaching,scene simulation teaching,sharing self-cases and self-study,then did the professional theory and skils examination again,the assessment results before and after the training would be analyzed and evaluated.Results After adopting new professional training mode,the participation rate of al staffs and examination scores were obviously improved,the difference of nurses'theory and skil scores before and after the training had statisticaly significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of CSSD specialized training mode wil improve nurses'learning interest and learning efficiency. The pertinence of the teaching wil improve nurses'professional knowledge and operant skils. The progress of PPT teaching,scene simulation teaching,self-cases sharing and self-studying wil develop the learning methods of CSSD professional knowledge,and make them flexible and easy to learn. So a new training mode has an important significance to the CSSD specialized and scientific development.%目的 探讨消毒供应中心专业护士的培训模式,构建适合于消毒供应中心护士的培训方法并进行效果分析,促进消毒供应中心护士的发展.方法 通过培训前调查,并结合实际工作对其护士进行消毒供应中心专业理论与技能考核,拟定消毒供应中心专业护士培训模式、内容和方法.采用PPT授课、现场情景模拟教学、个案分享以及自学等方式训练后,再次对其护士进行消毒供应中心专业理论与技能考核,将培训前后考核结果进行分析及效果评价.结果 采用新的专业化培训模式后,全科人员的培训参与率、考核成绩提高,护士理论和技能得分在培训前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 消毒供应中心专业化培训模式的构建提高了护士的学习兴趣和学习效率;授课的内容针对性强,提高了护士消毒供应专业知识及操作技能的水平;PPT授课、现场情景模拟教学、个案分享以及自学等方式的开展,扩宽了消毒供应中心专业知识学习方法,使学习方法灵活易掌握;新的培训模式有利于消毒供应中心的专业化及科学化发展.
